Please answer, i'll give ten pts to best answer.?when i get my period, i notice that when i try and pass a bowel movement, or push too hard (sorry, sounds gross.) i get this sharp pain down there, and it hurts to the point where i stop. it's only when i'm on my period, so i'm thinking that it's my vaginal muscles contracting and hurting. idk, why is this happening? and is this what pushing a baby out feels like?
